- The organization of storage facilities in unequipped areas;
- Control and timely execution of warehouse operations;
- Necessary technical equipment for the different types of cargo handled;
- Accounting of materials and equipment for the Customer, and documentary registration of operations.
Each project of such outsourcing services is unique and is curated for each specific customer and location.
The ways we are working:
- We study the TOR in detail, determine with the Customer the main requirements for the project, the specifics of the provision of services, and the expected result of cooperation.
- Based on the TOR, we form the basic outline of the project (technical equipment, number of personnel, necessary operations).
- We go directly to the location of service provision, assess the climatic and geographical features of the area, infrastructure, etc.
- Next, a detailed project plan is prepared, including technical and resource support of the project, a mobilization schedule and budget.
- At the final stage of concluding a contract and starting work, a detailed roadmap of operations is drawn up, according to which the project is being implemented — outsourcing of warehouse logistics for deposits.
Additionally, our company provides crane equipment with the qualified personnel of construction and repair work for operations in the fields of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Murmansk region and the Irkutsk region.
In the case of long-term projects, it is possible to relocate equipment to other regions of Russia.
